What I can't do
I can't modify, cancel, or refund a booking. This site doesn’t sell tickets—the sales are handled by GetYourGuide, and GetYourGuide manages the reservations. To change a date, request a refund, or retrieve a lost voucher, use your booking confirmation or your GetYourGuide account. I don’t have access to your reservations and can’t do anything about them.
I’m also not the museum. For a lost item at the cloakroom, a question about a temporary exhibition, a school group, or a request for free admission, contact the museum directly on rue Louis-Boilly.
What helps me
A changed opening time, a closed room for installation, a meeting point you couldn’t find at Porte Maillot, or a coach that left without you—these are the messages that improve the site. Specify the date of your visit, and I’ll check on-site before making corrections.
